What is server monitoring, cluster configuration and Webpatches

I m new to SAP EP. Can anyone tell me what is server monitoring, cluster configuration, patch upgrades, support packs and Web patching. Can u send me some appropriate links hw does this work. It would be so helpful for me.

Hi

For patch upgrade, support stack <a href="https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01200252310000064279&">JSPM</a> is used.
