Images disappearing - Online forms

I have a .jpg image in src/mimes/components/<<my component name>>. I have inserted the same in my form design. I can even see it in my PDF Preview tab. But once I deploy it, it doesnt show up when I actually run the application.

Am using Developer Workplace. And my Web Application Server is on a different machine than my developer studio if that matters.
