clarify on field value

hi,

i would like to clarify below.

1) may i know if the following 3 table fields are storing the same value?

lips-vgbel (reference doc or order) , lips-vgpos (line item)

vbap-vbeln , vbap- line item (forgot the dictionary)

vbfa-vbelv , vbfa-posnv

2) vbap-kwmeng (order quantity) is referring to specific item line order quantity right?

3) vbfa-rfmng is referring to specific item line delivery quantity, right?

4) so to know the open quantity for specific item line, is kwmeng - rfmng. right?

Hi,

Don't link VBFA unless the preceeding and subsceeding doc types are unknown.

If they are C(order) and J(delivery) then it is right.

otherwise LIPS-VGBEL LIPS-VGPOS are same as VBAP-VBELN and

VBAP-POSNR.

Open Qty is = VBAP-KWMENG - LIPS-LFIMG.

Order Qty - Del Qty.

yes, the vbfa-vbtyp_n = J, so may i know the delivery quantity is vbfa-rfmng?

also, may i know if the 3 tables field values are the same?

Here are you answers.

LIPS-VGBEL --> VBAP-VBELN (yes)

LIPS-VGPOS --> VBAP-POSNR (yes)

VBFA is table of document flow. VBFA-VBELV / VBFA-POSNV may contains sales order data, inquiry data, quotation data, delivery data, billing data.

Let's say there is sales doc and there is a billing doc of that sales doc, in that case VBFA-VBELV / VBFA-POSNV contains sales doc no / lines no WHILE VBFA-VBELN / VBFA-POSNN contain billing doc no. / line item no.

The quantity field is VBAP-ZMENG.

Again. VBFA contain document flow data. Delivery relaste data stored in table LIKP and LIPS
