SRM MDM Change tracking fields -disable

I am in SRM MDM 7.1 version. In console manager when I go to change tracking, all the fields in that is grayed out. I am unable to enable/disable any field for change tracking. Am I missing something. There are 5 fields which are enabled, I need to disable 4 of it but not able to do it.

Please help on this.
