OS/DB Migration Error on RFCRADDBDIF_IND_IND phase

Hi,

I am doing OS/DB migration from SUN-Oracle to AIX-Oracle as follows information:

Source:

SUN Solaris 8

Oracle 8.1.7

SAP Kernel R/3 4.6D_EXT

Target

IBM AIX5.3

Oracle 9.2

SAP Kernel R/3 4.6D_EXT

I have founded the problem after 96% of installation (R3SETUP F DBMIG.R3S) and stuck this error. This step starts RADDBDIF with a remote function call (RFC) to the SAP System as the user DDIC.

For the screen that ask me for fill-in the password of user DDIC, but I try to fill that but stuck for ask password again.

Please help me for past this step. Thank you.
