Decentral WM & reversal of goods receipt

Hi,

It's clear to me by now that decentral WM does not allow for reversal of goods receipt.

What are our options to have at least some functionality to correct user's mistakes? (like receive the wrong delivery lines)

What seems to work is a return to vendor order for the part that was incorrectly received, and opening a new purchase order for that part (because the PO does not become open again).

This seems quite unacceptable from a usability perspective.

How have others solved or worked around this?

You need to follow Vendor Return process. In Decentral system reversals are only possible by creating outbound deliveries in the ERP system and then posting a goods issue. Have a look on the OSSnote for more detail 1459993 - Error message VL633 occurs in transaction VL09
