Third party variant material

Hello All,

I am creating sales order in VA01 for third party scenario. As i save the sales order automatically PR is generating in the system. later i will convert PR to PO. After saving PO

i would change the variant of material in sales order. Now if i am trying to click on the display the material variant in purchase order system is throwing following error " configuration for instance not found message number CUIB1100"

Shouldn't be both Sales order item and PO item variants same? PO item should have been referenced from the sales order item. Why are you changing the variant for the material in sales order again?

Can you check Account assignment tab of the material in PO? There should be a sales order and it's item referenced.

Hello,

SAP note :703450 is already implemented and the other one i.e 1885179( Duplicate display after document change)

will it resolve the current error because the component is totally different.
