details on SRM module

Hi gurus,

I'm a PP certified consultant..i wish to learn about the SRM module and suggest it to some my friends who are aspiring to join the SAP wave!! I would welcome ur suggestions on who would fit best for this module and how one should prepare for a certification, please share some sites where i can find details/materials to have a good insight of the same!! also how good this module is regarding job opportunities in India and abroad. How much does a MM person in domain find himself related to this module...

Hi

Exam is quite simple when you are familiar with SRM210 Course.


Certification have test questions like:
1 Which of the following are true
a In Classic Scenario, PO to the vendor is always sent from the R/3
b In Classic Scenario, PO to the vendor is always sent from the SRM
c In Classic Scenario, PO to the vendor is always sent from both R/3
d In Classic scenarion, PO to the vendor can be sent via email



Total point marks = 100
Passing marks = 70
Total questions - 40 
Time - 1 Hour

Yes Deepak, MM module knowledge (Procurement part) will defnitely help consultant to grasp SRM quickly. However, I would recommend consultants to enhance awareness of BADI (even for functional consultants) - as I personally believe 'BADI can do wonders in SRM implementations'. For SRM Certification you need to concentrate on SRM210 material.
