SAP PI 7.5 Split Stack ( Dual Stack)

Hi All,

I have a SAP PI 7.5 Split Stack ( PI AEX +ABAP) and It has more than 1000 Interfaces running on Classical Scenario but for the new development I want to use only PI AEX but not Abap .

Will It create any issue for IDoc processing as some IDoc will process through Integration Engine and others from AEX ??

Hello Rudra,

Running the classical IDoc and the new IDoc_AEE adapters in parallel should work fine:

When we go for IDOC_AAE or IDOC .......?

But in this post It is mentioned as

NOTE: In a dual-stack installation, we can use either the IDoc or IDoc_AAE adapter.

so I am not sure if we can use both at the same time and I don’t have set up to test the same

I am doing the development assuming that it should work fine... but I didn't see any thread which can confirm it . Please let me know if there is any confirm post.

a previous client of mine had this scenario, so I can confirm you can use both in parallel.
