HI all
Just checking if anyone has encountered the above error message whilst creating a SC backend . Funny thing is that the message appears only for specific object id nos... ( we are using external SC numbers btw) and not for the rest..
Cant figure why such an anomaly happens..
would appreciate any help or advise regarding this..
going bonkers trying to figure this out 😛
Hi,
If you want to know what kind of WF is trigger for your SC do the following:
- create a SC and click on 'hold' button. All information about this SC you can find in transaction BBP_PD or SWO1.
- open a WF start condition (transaction SWB_COND) and in filter choose BUS2121 (for shopping cart).
- enable technical names (button in menu) - it will be easy to compare start conditions
- open another window and go to SWO1 transaction.
- choose business object BUS2121 (for shopping cart) and click on test button.
- type your SC number (or GUID) and hit on 'instance' button.
Compare values of this schopping cart with start conditions of workflow.
You will know why any Workflow don't start for this SC.
Maintain a proper values for start conditions and test again (on new SC).

Hi,
I would first check the WF start conditions for your Workflow in transaction swb_cond.
