Difference in Actual and Test Run - Depreciation

Using SAP 4.7

When my user run the depreciation run in test mode, the result comes different while if he do it in actual result comes different.

Mind it, the depreciation run (actual) is run in background.

Can Please somebody help me out in this regard.

The when we see the total both are different. Secondly, Test run is showing number of account determination = 6 while the actual number of account determination = 11

Hi,

Test Run is usually limited to 1000 Assets only if run in foreground for performance reasons. Do Test Run & Actual Depreciation Run in Background Mode and compare results. It shouldnt normally differ.

Hi,

Same way as you do Actual Run

- AFAB-> Enter Parametres->Click Test Run->Execute in Background (F9) or Choose from Menu bar ->Program ->Execute in Background
