The GetServerInfo GET method fails and throws 500 internal server error

Hello experts,

I am developing an SCP application and have deployed few SAP UI5 apps in the associated fiori launchpad. The GET method https://flpsandbox-wxxxxxx0.dispatcher.int.sap.hana.ondemand.com/sap/es/ina/GetServerInfo?_=14972671... throws a 500 Internal Server Error.

What could be the the possible solution as it fails to load an internal library?
