Interface between company website and SAP- Very Urgent please!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,

Has anyone come across a scenario where you need to interface the company recruitment website running on third party software to the SAP R/3 system, where there is no concept of WAS.(sorry that BSPs are for WAS only)

In case you got some idea please let me know.
