Someone know if I can mark for delete or inactivate a shopping cart from the Sourcing cockpit?

As Ramki said try login using the user corresponding to purchasing group belong to your shopping cart.
If still it doesn't solve your issue the log a OSS case for SAP.

You were right. I must belong to the purchasing group of the SC to see the requirements in the "Overview of Requirements" them I can "Complete the Item" (but the status of the SC is not deleted or blocked so the user has to delete it in "Check status of SC")

Hello,
In the worklist - Find option you can make blank to "Purchasing organization" and Purch. Group" and see in Extended search nothing is selected - so that all open requirement will come in the worklist.
Also you can select some requirements and click on option "Remove From Work Area" - this will eliminate the requirements from workarea and those will be placed in worklist (overview of requirements).

If I am in the "Find" view and I make blank to "Purchasing organization" and Purch. Group" and in Extended search nothing is selected, all open requirements will come in the "Find" view "Worklist" zone. I click on option "Remove From Work Area" this eliminates the requirements from "Work area" BUT this not places in the "overview of requirements" zone the requitements. They only disappear.

"Overview of requirements" is always empty. There is a display drop box in "overview of requirements" , which is the data it should have?

Hello Matra,
In "Overview of Requirements" you can see "ACTIONS' option - you need to click that to complete the requirement.
As I said previously once you do it you can't do any further process i.e you can't create PO again.
In case you still don't find that option - please write your email id I will sendy you screen shot.

There is an option in Tran SOCO - Carry out sourcing - To mark shopping cart as 'Complete'. In the worklist of this transaction, there is button called 'Action' by using this, shopping cart can be said to 'Complete'.
Caution: After clicking this the above shopping cart can't be further converted into PO.

1. Overview of Requirements.

ACTIONS
There is a drop list called Display. But I can not select data here. The drop list is empty. So I can not select from there.
I select the SC's from the view "Find" and then Actions colum disappear.
2. Work Area
Propose Sources of Supply
Create Purchase Order
Submit to Grouping
Create AUCTION.
Create Bid Invitation
Create Contract
Hold
Remove From Work Area.
In the work area I do not see ACTION button
Can you help?

The problem is that in Worklist view "Overview of Requirements" the list is empty.
If click under "Display" drop list is empty and not data is proposed.
If I add the SC's from the "Find" view the SC's are displayed directly in the "Work Area" and no in the "Overview of Requirements".
How I can assign the SC's in the "Overview of Requirements" zone?

Hi Marta,
This is happening because you have no work items in your inbox i.e the requirements are not assigned to your user role or the user .
In " FIND" option you are watching because you are searching all the requirement those need to be worked out (or) depends
on the search criteria.
I suggest you log as correct responsible purchaser then you will see the requirements in the " OVERVIEW OF REQURIEMENTS".
Then you can delete the shopping carts from your work area.
