Use additional items of data import as attributes of segmentation

Dear all,

I would like to use additional items in data import and use it as attributes of segmentation.

We processed it as follows

1. We added items by contact data import (csv) and uploaded data.

2. After checking contacts, it was confirmed that uploaded contents are reflected.

3. I can display additional items as attributes on the segmentation screen by customization. However, the registered item value is not reflected.

How can I use an additional item as an attribute of segmentation

What else should I do?

Thanks in advance,

    Hello,

You might have visualized the wrong "NUMBER1" in your segmentation customizing.

I see they are in attribute group "SAP_..._IA" so I suppose you visualized the "NUMBER1" freefield which is on the InterAction table instead of the one from the Contact Table. Try giving your NUMBER1 a meaningful label in the IMPORT_DATA screen, then you will better be able to find it back in the segmentation customizing.

PS: to avoid the confusion between the freefields NUMBER1 / DATE1 / TEXT20_1 etc, which exist always on the Contact and on the Interaction tables, it may be easier to use the "custom fields and logic" app and create new Z-fields altogether. These new fields will be available in your CSV template as soon as they are published as well.

    Kind regards,

    Joyca

Thank you very much for your helpful information.
I'd like to use the tool, but tiles are not displayed for now.
I also granted the authority that seems necessary, but the situation has not changed.
I will check it a bit more.

      Anyway, thank you for everything
