MDM Publisher - help required for the basic understanding...

hi,

Can anyone please tell where can i find the material for MDM Publisher...

i m not able to understand the exact functionality of the spread/presentation view.

also when in family view when i format my family data using various tabs provided (like styles , table layouts etc...) the changes are not reflected in the presentation view..

also theres 1 more view -- library... wat is it used for?

any kind of help would be appreciated..
