one communication channel running very slow

Hi All,

We have 4 plants, in that every plant have different communication channels. In one plant there are 4 channels are there. in that 4 channels one of channel running slowly. Means it is picking the records from the database slowly.

Means Communication Channel showing green but some times is not picking the records from database, that time we are stop and start the communication channel then it working fine but slowly picking the records.

I have checked but there is no locks in NWA.

This is JDBC - RFC syncronous scenario.

Can you please help me on this why the communication chennel running slowly.
