Hello All

We are using SAP B1 9.1.

We manufacture item A, B and C at site 1.

This items were moved to site 2.

The items A B and C are a part of BOM of Item X which is manufactured at site 2.

Now we have changed the process

We assemble item A B and C via a production order and call that item D.

We move item D to site 2.

Now I cannot book the Item D into the warehouse because we do not have item A B and C on the shop floor. However I do have item D ( Which consists of A B and C) on shop floor.

Is there a way this can be solved, otherwise we will have to change too many BOM's.

Please guide me we are going to configure BOM in our workshop.
Please guide me what are the basic things to be considered in discussion point about BOM.

What do you mean by book the Item D? Are you booking the Item D in the same site that it was moved?

Did you receipt your production? What is your BOM Type?
