very urgent Payroll issue!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

I need to confige this in sap.

I need to give bonus to employees based on their hourly pay like for if the emplyee pay is <=$10 then he should be paid $200 and if it is >10 then 300 dollars.

Similarly if the salary of the employee is <=$50K he should be paid 1500 or if it is > 50K then he should be paid 2000.This bonus is only for one time..so can anybody please help in configuring it.
