Solved by Self.

Solution:

Go to SPRO -> Financial Accounting (New) -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Business Transactions -> Release for payment

1. Create Workflow Variant for Release for Payment (Provide subworkflow name same as the one you will maintain in SWEC)

2. Assign Company Code Workflow Variant for Release for Payment

3. Define Release Approval Groups for Release for Payment

4. Define Release Approval Paths for Release for Payment

5. Assign Release Approval Procedure for Release for Payment

Then, go to SWEC and activate linkage for FIPP ->CREATED object.

Hello Preet,

FIPP is the business object, whose Created event should be triggered.

Before proceeding anything i will check SWU3. if system is capable of triggering workflow..?

Next I will check is if the workflow is connected to the created event.

I will check its event linkages in swdd, start condition & make sure if its connected properly.. The same can be checked in SWEC.

Once that is over & pretty sure all is okay. I will clear the buffer. SWU_OBUF. This step is used mostly in every change you perform in workflow and you continue to test it. I always do this step before triggering a workflow.

Make sure you task used in workflow are at released state.

Thanks

Anand
