Security Profile Issue after the CLM Upgrade to 10.0

Hi ,

We have recently undergone the CLM upgrade from version 7.0 to version 10.0.

We have functionality that, security profiles gets added while creating the Master agreement/Sub agreement.

After the upgrade,while saving any Master agreement/Sub agreement we are getting Pop_up warning message saying that , "(o)System Administrator security group does not have view or edit permission, but selected collaborator grants edit Permission.Some member may not able to view the document".

This message is not stopping any further actions , but its annoying as it comes multiple times, for all the (o) security profiles added into document

It would be really great if anybody Please guide on the above issue.
