Connection closed without warning. RFC_COMMUNICATION_ERROR

Hi all

I've created an application for creating sales order.

It is connected to R3 through an RFC.

When i submit the data (Create Button), an error comes "Connection closed without warning. RFC_COMMUNICATION_ERROR".

My JCO connections are working fine.

Answers to the threads posted earlier in this regard are of no help to me.

Pl help

Check if JCO connections are working fine. Else check if user WD_EASY (web dynpro user) is able to access the transaction.

    hi Vineet,

is this a case wherein multiple users are accessing the same RFC simulataneously? in such a case try using ENQUEUE on your RFC. Deadlocks due to simulataneous access may cause RFC Errors.

      hi

can u please give some other link.

from the one that you have sent, i'm not able to get much help.

      My exact error is:

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.modelimpl.dynamicrfc.WDDynamicRFCExecuteException: connection closed without message (CM_NO_DATA_RECEIVED), error key: RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION

This error i get while executing model.

Below is the code for your reference.

      wdContext.currentZrfc_Createsalesorder_InputElement().modelObject().execute();

      Thanks

      Vineet Vikram

    hi all

    thanks for your help.

Problem was with the RFC only.

Some changes needs to be done for background execution.

    this problem is solved now.

    • Dear Vineet,

I am facing the same issue. Im able recieve dat for a particular combination of data dn a change in one parameter results in the communication error.

Could you let me know what changes needs to be performed in the RFC?

      Regards,

      Sharath MG
