Document flow from CRM -> R/3

Hello,

My scenario is I am creating the Leads & Opportunities in CRM and the Quotations, Orders in R/3. What I want to knw is how do I maintain the link between the Opportunity & the Quotation so that I have a complete link from the Lead upto the Sales Order.

Hi,

You can make link between an opportunity and quotation through SAP Business Workflow. The settings you have to do in SAP CRM system under task-specific Customizing.
