solution manager preprocessing guided procedure not found

Hi,

We are just about to get to the downtime phase, currently in the backup period of the preprocessing phase. As mentioned in the guide , i am looking for Technical Administration Guided Procedure Management for Solman Pre processing in SM_WORKCENTER>Guided Procedures. I cannot file solman preproecessing guided procedure. Can I skip this step, or can i perform these actions manually? Any note or help is appreciated. Thanks
