Does AWS already have xs command line and WEB IDE for Hana sps 12?

I am using Amazon Web Service (AWS). I want to take the Open SAP Hana course and need to use the xs command line and WEB IDE for Hana sps 12.

My question is are they already there and if so how to access them...real simple please, no buzzwords or acronyms...write answer as for a real dummy.
