How to delete non-completed change requests

Former Member

Hello everyone,

We are in the process of implementing and testing Solman 4.0 and have quite a bit of non-completed change requests. I've tried various transactions but none of them give me the option to delete a request (or message). I'd greatly appreciate any help I could receive on the matter.

Thanks all,

Henry

Hi Henry,

what's the current status of the change request?

Which actions are available?

Is "Reject Change Request" or similar offered?

Have you already created change documents (regular correction, urgent correction, ...) as a follow-up document?

Best regards,

Hi Henry,

your User Profile shows, that your are working for SAP.

Great, in which board area or team are you working?

Best regards,

Hello Ruediger:

Thank you for answering.

I'd like to remove the change requests with an "Authorized" status, these have no actions available. I'd also like to remove another one with an "In Process" status that only offers the action "Test Message Again" due to errors.

Best regards,

Henry

Hi Ruediger,

Would that be the little SAP icon that appears after my name in my user profile?

I'm not sure how that got there. I tried looking for a way to remove it but can't seem to find it.

Any ways, no, I am not working for SAP. Just working with SAP

Hi Ruediger,

I've found the field "Relation to SAP" in update profile and it has "SAP Employee" entered. But I cannot change it because it appears greyed out (not modifiable). I'd appreciate any help you can give me in correcting this error.

Best regards,

Hi Henry,

You can delet the Change request using a program.

Goto TC SE38 and select the create Z- program by copying it from the CRM_ORDER_DELETE to Z_CRM_ORDER_DELETE and Create the program. You need to do a small change in the program on line 24.

The line 24 shiould look like this:

parameters: no_check type crmt_boolean default false." no-display.

After changing this in the program, save and activate it.

When you execute it will open a screen:Deletion of CRM Documents. There in the selction criteria choose only no check, and for the change request type the transaction type as SDCR,enter the Transcation number and execute. It will show the result in another screen.

Please revert for any clarification.

Thanks and regards,

Avinash.
