Integration between HCP -> SCI -> SCC.

I need a help, I have a very simple scope, but even this is working for other interfaces, but for this specific error.

There is an integration between HCP -> SCI -> SCC.

I'm using the most quiet form of connection:

SOAP Sender:

SOAP Receiver:

But this is the error:

Message processing failed. Inbound processing in endpoint at / HCI_IS_IPT_1004_ARI_In failed with message "Fault: The given SOAPAction urn: addARI does not match an operation.".

Important, I have other interfaces in the same way working, the problem would be in HCP or SCC?
