I have configured the Service Desk correctly. My service desk works fine without any problem. Now with if the Service Desk message is a Change Request then I could click on the Action to  "Create Change Document" to create a change request.
I would like know the following:
Do I need to configure the Change Request Management and TMS if I wan to use this functionality?
Well, even though I didnt configure the ChaRM, I was able create the Change request management ticket. I am in change mode and I clicked on the Status icon to change to Status; everything is grayed out. I can not make any changes. Also, I am missing all the ACTIONS when I click on the Actions I get this error " There are no actions in the worklist with Message no. SPPF_VIEW_CRM101"
I am using Solution Manager 4.0 SP 11.
Any help would be much much appreciated
Thanks
Kumar
If you need the full functionality of ChaRM, for example, transporting corrections, then yes you would need to set up Change Request Management by following the IMG (which includes TMS configurations).
Please correct me if I have misinterpreted your question.

Robert
