Hello Everyone,

Please find our requirement below:

We need to get the mail notification immediately whenever message is getting failed in SAP HCI for each integration.

I tried with Exception sub process and able to get the mail when there is an exception in an iFLow.

But it is little difficult to configure this exception process in all the iFLows (We have around 60+ integrations).

Is it possible to configure in script like capturing exceptions/errors and send that details to mail ID.?

So that it would be easier than using exception sub process.

Regards,

Deva

Hi Deva,

Just to clarify - do you want to send an email directly from a script?

You are going to perform some manipulations on message using a script and catch possible errors using try/catch. From the catch block you are going to send an email with error description. Did I got you right?

Hi Deva,

did I get your question right? For you it's too much effort to model the exception sub process with an email receiver channel in every of your 60+ flows and therefore you would like to use in every flow a script which does the exception handling for you?

It's unfortunately not possible to catch exceptions in a script that have been raised outside the script.

If it's just about the modelling effort and you are using Eclipse then you can right mouse click on a configured mail channel and use the "Save as Template" option. In the other flows you can load this template by again right mouse click on an empty channel and say "Load Channel Template".

Hope this helps.

regards,
Axel
