is there any documentation/guides for installation SP09/SP10 for Solution Manager (as for other SAP products) ?

Of course, just point

You will find the pdf - 4.0 SP09 PDF Docu. SAP Solution Manager English (SR2)

Hope this helps and lastly you must have a user id to access this..

Ok, the installation guide is just above the Download option,

here you go

You see a list of OS/DB guide -

for instance for AIX/oracle

-> Inst. Guide SAP Solution Manager 4.0 SR2 AIX - Oracle

So, you choose the appropriate guide you need

the initial SP of the actual inst-files is SP 9, if you want to install further SPs you need to configure the maintenance optimizer.
