SLA Time

Hi,

We want to determine dynamic SLA times for our service orders according the service order priority.

We have defined;

1. Response Profile / Response Times

2. In Customizing we have defined our date profile with the

relevant duration.

Everthing seems ok but the SLA time is not determined automatically.

Should we define also date rule?
