MRS Error Message

Hi All

The client is getting an error message of "Assignment ###### is not allowed as the job user status is not CTRD or REJT". Both of these user statuses are operation specific and refer to their mobile solution. The issue is only happening in their productive client and I'm unable to replicate it in a development client, so it's a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack. I wondered if it was possibly to do with the status set-up in the MRS configuration, but it's not something that I've had to do before. Any advice/pointers/help you could provide would be very gratefully appreciated.
