Due to some reason, the outbound delivery confirmed PGI, but all line item are zero-picked. However, the outbound delivery is still pending in VF04. How to cancel it in VF04?
Your post is not clear. When you say delivery confirmed PGI, does it mean that inventory has been reduced ? Also, in order to understand clearly, you need to share the screen shot showing what exactly you mean "zero-picked".
