Unparseable date: "154160" in record BICS_PROV_RS_STATE at field DATA_ROLLU

I am running Web Template from Web Application Designer 2004s with SP 9 succeessfully. Now when I run some of them, I am getting this error:

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$ConversionException: (122) JCO_ERROR_CONVERSION: Unparseable date: "154160" in record BICS_PROV_RS_STATE at field DATA_ROLLUP_TIME_MAX

I have not made any changes to the template since I last ran it successfully.

Has anyone encountered this same problem or have any suggestions on how to stop this error?

Raise an OSS to SAP as it seems the bug still remains ..should have been solved as per the oss below -Note 843985 - JCO_ERROR_CONVERSION in the adaptive RFC
