How to determine Frontend Settings done by user in SAPgui?

Hello ABAP Experts

In SAPgui we could use the Button [Customize Local Layout] or press Alt+F12 to adapt the look and feel of SAPgui: Themes, Colors in System, Fonts, Font size and so on.

Here are my questions on that:

Where are this settings stored?
How can we access / read them?
How to determine the font size set by the user?

I did a trace but could not find data base commands for that. So I guess that information is stored in the frontend, either in any SAP*.ini-File or in the Registry.
