Error when executing the query

Hi ,

I am getting below error sometimes only when i am executing the query.

Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method:uncaught _expression

System error in program CL_RSR_GRID and form FILL_STRUCTURE_MEMBERS

If any one finds the solution pls let me know
