DI Proxy with multiple instances freezes unexpectedly

Hello everyone,

We have in a client's server SAP B1 9.2 PL 03 and SQL server 2012, running 2 instances of DI proxy for the production DB. That is because he has users that need to use the SAP b1 mobile app to create orders while they are out of the premises.

At first it was once or twice a week and now daily, that all users (on premises and mobile users) will lose connection with the server at some point in the day. At this step we found that if we restart both services of the DI proxy instances, it will be ok again.

I checked the Log for each of the 2 DI proxy instances and it showed may times the message: 'SEVERE: Maximum attemps to get the HTTPS-Port have exhausted, therefore proxy ends and directs a kill: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: bind Jun 10, 2017 3:58:30 ΜΜ com.sap.b1i.adapter.dia.SimpleLogUtil outputCCMSLog'

We also see in the SQL server log, there are lots of deadlocks.

What can we try to do?

UPDATE:

Used SAP Note 1924504, but edited values MAXDIERRORS to 99 and RESTARTPERIOD to 2. The changes seems to improved the situation, but the problem appears everyday.

I do not know why, but it has been 3 weeks that the problem has not appeared again. We haven't done any change in the DI proxy, apart the above, so we do not know yet, if it has been solved or not, with this change.

I would like some further information why could this happen.
