    Hi,

It is possible to get alert for all transaction for an item. But the alert is query is not simple. You have to create and combine query from Journal entry tables, OINM tables and those documents which is not posting either journal entry or inventory posting.

If you want alert for specific transactions, then it will be easier to create an alert.

    Regards,

Dear Nicholas, welcome to SAP Community for SAP Business One!

I just published your valid question.

I know our search is not perfect, but you should be able to check various sources for required Information yourself, such as archived or open discussions like https://archive.sap.com/discussions/message/4494538 and more important as a first check, all the information we provide on https://help.sap.com/viewer/p/SAP_BUSINESS_ONE like https://help.sap.com/doc/saphelp_sbo92/9.2/en-US/45/06437557240484e10000000a155369/content.htm or https://help.sap.com/doc/saphelp_sbo92/9.2/en-US/45/06da3ad8696c30e10000000a114a6b/content.htm. There should be even much more information giving you guidance to get started. In this way, you should be able to get answers to your basic questions yourself fastest.

If you got more specific issues I’m sure SAP Community members are there to provide further help.

    Hope this helps,

    Peter
