Disable the hangup button or restricting disconnection from the agent

Hi Experts,

Is it possbile to diable the hangup button or restrict the agent from disconnecting the call in SAP BCM

i tried to do it through SC where in restrict disonnection is there but it doesnt seem to work

it is possible to do it.
