Hi, I have recently started using the PC module (10.1) and able to schedule a job that runs successfully. Job results do give deficiencies/exception but not relevant to my period. At the time of Business rule configuration, I do have put one of the Date field as Run Time Value Determination. My ad-hoc query in business rule does give me desired output (running the rule for specific period that I want).
My question is how can I run/schedule the job that gives me exceptions or deficiency for say April 2017 month only.
Thank you.
IK
You need to schedule the job for the same time period for which the results are expected.
Say you want result for April 2017, then job should be scheduled for April 2017.

Hi Silky, thanks for the answer.
So as I need to schedule this job for each month, I should select frequency in continuous monitoring job as monthly and then give time range as entire year, correct?
If yes than I have another question.
When I created the control, it takes validity from date as the date when I create the control. And hence while scheduling the job, it did not allowed me to schedule job for month of April 2017 (as I created control on 8 June). So, How can I than create a control from beginning of the year?
Thanks again.
IK
HI Silky, I tried your suggested answer to run only April 2017 Job but it runs data and shows results for entire 2017 year and not only April 2017.
Actually, I tried 10 different scenarios of Business Rules for date filter and auto monitoring schedule jobs but all are generating same results - entire year data as exception. I just want one month data.
Thanks,
IK
