Unable to Release a TR

When trying to release a TR under a CTS project on a BSoH system, it is dumping out with the below error:

Category Unclassified Error Runtime

Errors DBSQL_DBCNT_MISSMATCH

Gets dumped out on the below code:

It is on BSoH and there are OSS notes available:

2403906 - DBSQL_DBCNT_MISSMATCH and DBSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR

1248769 - Inconsistency between database and ABAP Dictionary

Based on the above OSS note, it is observed that the primary index is missing on the table tlockp.

Being a copy of another system, primary index is missing on source as well but TRs are able to get released.

I suspect it is do with the project created on the BSoH system.

I am finding it difficult as to what is missing in the CTS project.

Any leads would be appreciated.
