FLP freezes after 2nd click

We are running SAP Fiori Launchpad on Portals. After recent upgrades (7.4 SPS 16 Patch 21) we are having issue with Openings same tile 2^nd time in the external window.

After opening same tile 2^nd time, entire portal getting freeze. Only after refreshing it started to work normally.

Tested with different Types of iViews URL, KM Document, SAP Transaction from FLP.

Our Portal URL has changed from /irj/portal to … xxx../irj/portal#Shell-home initially and after opening any Tile 2^nd tile, URL is changing to … xxx/irj/portal#EP-585248140-SAP_Systems (Tile name - SAP_Systems)
