Hi All,
We have a customer who uses the hosted SAP Hybris CRM. They generate email from said CRM. Email arrives to recipient as spam.
I've identified I need to add an SPF records to approve email to be sent from CRM using email@clientdomain.com. All I have is a single IP address of the mail server sending the email from looking at email headers. Also, the URL of the CRM access.
Here's what I have so far that I know will work. I think adding a domain name would be the better solution, ex. "v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:209.107.215.35
209.107.215.35 = CRM URL.
My question is what domain or common name can I add to my SPF record.
Any help is appreciated.
Chris
