New users are created and assigned in their territory. Challenge is they cannot see existing leads in their territory. Our requirements is users can only see leads in their territories.
As workaround we are assigning them as a sales employee to each open existing lead.
My understanding is if a new prospect is created for a lead, it is not possible to assign territory to prospect at this time, not til lead is converted to opportunity (true?) as users are created often seems like a simpler solution should exist
