Creating my own icons for ALV

Hello experts !

I was woundering if i can create my own icon in alv ( displayed using archiv_display_list )

while i was looking i found out something about the transaction ICON where you can create your own icons.

But i'm still a fresher so i don't know if it is a good idea !

what do you think guys ? do you recommend it ?

You cannot create icons in ALV. The ICON transaction is only maintained by SAP, it's a repository of icons delivered with the SAP GUI for Windows. The only possible way is to create images and display them through the HTML viewer. There's no way to display an ALV inside the HTML Viewer.
