C4C-ERP Integration: Number Ranges Setup for Account

Hi experts,

The scenario is the following: We want to create customers in C4C and replicate them to ERP but the internal ERP ID must be created manually and in C4C that should be the external ID.

How can I manage it?

Hello Guilherme,

I have some doubts regarding the following scenario.

The scenario is: We want to create customers in C4C and replicate them to ERP.

• Customer creation in C4C;
• Customer Replication form C4C to ERP;
• Keep the same ID (only numeric) in C4C and ERP.

Can I get this done just doing the following steps?

• Create an external number range in ERP since customer just have defined internal number range.
• Set up same number ranges in C4C and ERP
• Map InternalID to KUNNR

Could you please share if I’m in the right path to achieve the requirements?

Hi Andre,

The external ID of accounts (in C4C) will have the Internal ID (from ERP).

You can setup your system to populate the external ID of accounts with the internal ID (In C4C). This way you will have the same ID in both C4C and ERP systems.
