Data is shown in PSA but is not updated in the cube.
Since data is coming to PSA so I don't think source system etc problem would be there..still view your datasource and its associated source system..
then..go to RSA1.
1.Check the tree(collapse it) under your target infocube..shows transformation...under that your datasource..and under that your infopackage.
if not then problem is with creation/activation of transformation.....most probably..
2.Parallel to the transformation folder you will find DTP folder ..is it there..???
then try to execute the DTP.Check the properties of DTP..what you have mentioned there..may..be..some wrong property you have entered..or selection criteria..is the execution happening ...??? let us know..

Hi Julie,
From BI 7.0 onwards when you create an info package on Data Source, data will only go upto PSA level.
You have to follow the following sequence for data transfer:
1. Create transformations on IS.
2. Create and Schedule info package on Data Source- This will pull data from DS to IS i.e PSA.
3. Create transformations on Cube
4. Create DTP on cube - This will pull data from IS to cube.
If DSO is also involved in b/w IS and Cube then you have to follow the steps given below:
1. 1. Create transformations on IS.
2. Create and Schedule info package on Data Source- This will pull data from DS to IS i.e PSA.
3. Create transformations on DSO.
4. Create DTP on cube - This will pull data from IS to DSO.
Note: select Full Extraction mode in this DTP
5. Create transformations on cube.
4. Create DTP on cube - This will pull data from ODS to Cube.
Note: select Delta Extraction mode in this DTP.
I hope this piece of information is sufficient to solve your issue.

did u create a DTP to load from PSA to Cube? if so, execute the DTP to load the data. If not, create a DTP between PSA and Cube and schedule it.

Hi Julie,
Did you select the right Datasource and source system when you created your DTP? I suggest you delete your DTP and recreate it with the right selection for the Datasource and source system. Also make sure that you haven't accidently enterd any filter values in your DTP.
I hope this helps.
