Is it possible to integrate C4C with multiple ERP system. We have a situation where we want to connect to SAP ECC for Orders/Accounts for 1 country and Oracle ERP for Orders/Accounts for another country. Is that supported in SAP C4C?

Hi Shoaib,

Yes, you can integrate C4C with multiple systems without any problems.
For integration with SAP ECC this this would be very easy as there are several integration guides that can help you to implement the same.
For integrating with Oracle ERP this might be difficult as you will not find any official document explaining how to achieve that. Another pain point will be if the volume of data between the systems is too high. C4C only support A2X web services for third party systems.

Thank you Guilerme for the response. The requirement is to integrate the same C4C instance with SAP and Oracle for the same business objects. So Accounts created for certain countries should replicate to SAP and another country should replicate to Oracle, same for orders too. Can this be achieved in the same instance and how?
