gap analysis

hi gurus,once i was asked that ,"What do u mean by GAPS in ur implementation project.Can u plz give me any three gaps which u identified in the project."i only explained about gap analysis,but i dont know anything about gaps.it would be a great help to me,if u people send me some gaps.
