ODS delta load and automation.

Hi all,

Our BW guy disappeard. Two day training and I am on my own. another training is on way. In the meantime, the boss man has given this to me, training will come later. Can you please answer the following process.

I have a flat file that I loaded into ods now I have another flat file that I need to load into ods with newer data.

How do i accompolish this without writing over to the existing data in ODS.

Also, in another week, I will have another file coming that I will be writing it to ODS as well, keeping the old data and appending the new data. How can I automate this process by using the process chains.
